Support Models Offered
- SLA Based Support Services
SLA based support services with tailored SLAs suiting best for the customer. This could be across a single LOB or across entire system. - Pay As you Use Models
- Hourly Based Support
Hourly based support mechanism is pay as you use model depending upon the number of hours utilized.
For example: if a customer takes 3 hours of service from Advait, they would be billed only for that time frame instead of the entire working day. - Man-Day Basis
Man day basis support is again a part of pay as you use model. Similar to hourly based but here the minimum criteria is for 1 man day.For example: if a customer opts for 3 hours of service from Advait, they would be billed for the entire man day. One needs to be careful in this model and also needs to ensure appropriate work load in order to make it cost effective. - Dedicated Full Time Support Services
Advait also offers dedicated full-time support services which would be irrespective of the nature of tickets generated (L1/L2/L3). If need be this type of support service can be availed 24×7. Options like Onshore / Offshore are available in this model.
Ticket Based Support Model
For customers who wish to opt for Incident based support would avail a fix bucket of tickets on either monthly basis or quarterly basis. This offering has a feature of carrying forward a certain amount of un-utilized tickets for subsequent quarter.
